Vision and Mission
Since our founding in 1998 we have sought to be good stewards of God’s blessings and have diligently worked to fulfill the tenants of our vision and mission. Our vision and mission statements clearly define the essence of who we are as an organization, the desired outcomes of our efforts, and the means we employ to fulfill our calling.
Vision: By faith, we strive to fulfill and proclaim the good news of the gospel by providing service to families impacted by intellectual disabilities regardless of financial standing.
Mission: Provide faith-based services and supports for individuals and families with autism and intellectual disabilities. We seek to be a community which affirms the worth of all people, supports personal growth and wholeness, advocates for community and church inclusion, and provides opportunities for spiritual growth and service.
Core Values
We value and affirm the inherent dignity, significance and worth of each person regardless of physical capability and intellectual function (Psalm 139:13-16).

Make a Difference
Jessica & Friends Community has many opportunities for volunteers to assist in serving our special individuals and families. Our volunteers consistently remark at how the individuals they serve bring them joy, happiness, and blessings through their service.
Indian Rock Acres - Respite & Retreats
From the very beginning of Jessica & Friends Community the desire to offer free respite to our parents and their families has been a part of our vision. This dream became a reality in late 2013 when the Sullivan family graciously gifted their beautiful country estate to us for this purpose.
